10.PRECIOS, PAYMENT, AND WITHDRAWAL (cancellation)

The prices for each product are indicated on the website on the date of the order including all VAT (value added tax).

IMPORTANT: The walking tour could be cancelled by FREE TOUR BILBAO in case of don’t reach the minimum group, in case of rain forecast, or any other circumstance. In that case, you will be informed to the mobile phone you gave us.
The company won’t be responsible if the client didn’t inform of a right and valid mobile phone number when sending the booking request.
In case of cancellation, the company guarantees the return of 100% of the amount paid.
10.2 Payment
COMPANY Customer guarantees the security of their transactions, according to the technology to the date of commissioning of the Web standards in terms of protocols and security services

10.3 Withdrawal – Cancellation of reservations
The company guarantees customers the possibility to cancel your reservation at any time and at no cost if the cancellation is communicated 72 hours prior to the service. In the event of cancellation of booking less than 72 hours before the service, the company reserves the right to partial refund of the amount paid by the customer, with a cost of cancellation of up to 50% of the amount (including tax). In the case of cancellation of bookings with less than 24 hours before the service, the company reserves the right to not refund the amount paid by the customer.

11.GENERALIDADES
FREE TOUR BILBAO pursue the breach of these conditions and any misuse of its website, exercising all civil and criminal actions that can by law.
12.MODIFICACIÓN OF THESE CONDITIONS AND DURATION
FREE TOUR BILBAO® may change at any time the conditions specified here, duly publicized herein.
The validity of these conditions will be according to their exposure and are valid until duly published. they are modified by others.
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between BILBAO® FREE TOUR and the USER by Spanish legislation shall be governed and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of the city of Bilbao.
